ADVANCED: 66 TO 150 COLOURS

CHALLENGING: 151 TO +/- 200 COLOURS

AS EACH STITCHER HAS THEIR OWN PERSONAL PREFERENCE OF FABRIC, DESIGNS ARE SPECIFIED BY THE NUMBER OF STITCHES ACROSS AND DOWN AND AS SUCH MAY BE STITCHED ON THE FABRIC OF YOUR CHOICE.

ALL THE DESIGNS ON THIS SITE, EXCEPT FOR THOSE IN THE QUICK AND EASY SECTION, ARE STITCHED USING WHOLE CROSS STITCHES. NO HALF, FRACTIONAL OR OUTLINING STITCHES, FRENCH KNOTS OR EMBELLISHMENTS ARE USED.

Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Order - There is no minimum order

2. Payment – Paypal, Sterling cheques and Postal Orders and all major debit and credit cards. We can also accept telephone orders.

3. VAT - As Stitching World Ltd is not VAT registered, there is no reduction for goods shipped outside the EEC.

4. Processing - We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

5. Availability - Should an order be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer by email with an estimate of the expected delay. If the delay is unacceptable, customers are at liberty to cancel their order. If the order is split, we will not charge extra postage for the delayed goods. If the delayed part of the order is cancelled, postage will be charged at the appropriate rate on the part delivered.

6. Liabilities - Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied. Stitching World Ltd takes no responsibility for any physical, mental, economical or other type of damage caused by using this product.

7. Customer Information - Customer information is kept on our database. We will from time to time send product information updates to our customers. Any customer may ask to be removed from our mailing list/database at any time.

8. Sensitive Information - We do not hold any sensitive information on our customers.

9. Disputes - All disputes will be settled according English Law.

10. E. & O.E. - Although we endeavour to make our products and website as accurate as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

11. Shipping – Postage is £1.50 per chart for the United Kingdom. Postage for overseas orders varies according to destination and the weight of the package.

COPYRIGHT - ALL OUR DESIGNS ARE SUBJECT TO INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAW AND WHICH WE WILL DEFEND IF THE NEED ARISE SHOULD THERE BE NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATION.

Privacy Policy

We treat any information received from our customers as private and confidential. It is not our policy to pass on personal details to any third party for any reason.

All email chart files have been tested using Adobe Acrobat™ and Stitching World Ltd cannot be held responsible for the files not printing on individual customer's computer set-ups. File sizes are approx 800Kb.We recommend that you check that you can receive files via email of the sizes quoted.

There may be a file size restriction put in place by your Internet Service Provider.

Please check that your email program allows the download of attachments i.e. a security option may be enabled.

Ultimately, the onus is on you, the customer, to ascertain whether or not you can receive these email attachments.

Once Stitching World Ltd has 'sent' your email order, we cannot be held responsible for you not receiving them.

Consequently, NO REFUNDS can be given on chartpacks supplied by email.
